What happens when I use up my reports?
Reports you have already run stay available to re-open for free, and your allowance resets at the start of your next month. If you need more vehicles than your plan covers, cancel and start again on a larger plan, or get in touch and we'll sort it out.
Do unused reports roll over?
No. Each month starts fresh with your plan's allowance.
How do I cancel?
One click on your account page, at any time. You keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.
Is the report the same on every plan?
Yes. Same data, same depth. Larger plans simply allow more new vehicles each month.
