Common questions

How do I cancel my membership?

Sign in and click Cancel on your account page. It takes one click, no phone call needed, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

When will I be charged?

$1.00 when you start the Starter plan, which covers 1 vehicle report and 7 days of access. Unless you cancel before then, your membership renews at $30.00 per month. Larger plans are billed in full from the day you start them. Your account page shows your next billing date.

Can I get a refund?

Yes. If a report can't be generated for your VIN, or you're unhappy with your first report, send us a message within 7 days of the charge for a full refund. Monthly renewal fees are billed in advance and aren't refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you no longer need the service.

What will the charge look like on my statement?

Charges appear on your card statement as VINACCURACY.
